General FAQ’s:

Q: Where is your commercial kitchen?
A: 312 Liberty Street in Downtown Morris. I do not keep general hours of operation — all meetings/pickups must be prescheduled.

A: Catered Events, Take & Bakes, Box Lunches & Charcuterie.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?

Event FAQ’s:


Q: How early should I book my event date?
A: As soon as possible! Email me to check availability.


Q: Can I book my event date without finalizing menu and headcount?
A: Yes! I will get your event on the books for a non-refundable $100 retainer.


Q: What is the deadline for final details?
A: Menu choices, headcount, and final payment are due no later than two weeks prior to the event date.


Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Emailed invoice can be paid via debit/credit.


Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! Free delivery 8-11AM within 5 miles of downtown Morris.



Q: Can you deliver if I’m out of your radius?
A: Yes — $2 per mile outside of my free 5-mile radius.

Q: Can I pickup my order instead?
A: Yes — I schedule pickups 8-11AM. Email me to schedule a time that works!


Q: Will you deliver items hot?
A: No. Any items labeled Heat & Eat will be delivered cold with easy-to-follow warming directions.


Q: Do you include tableware with each order?
A: No. Tableware can be added for $75 per set. See my menu page for additional details.


Q: Do you include serveware with each order?
A: No. Serveware can be added for 15% of your event total. See my menu page for additional details.


Q: What will my order come in?
A: Small bites, charcuterie, sandwiches, and sweet treats will come on lidded deli trays. Salads, sides, and Heat & Eat items come in lidded foil trays.


Q: I’m ordering from your regular menu but want the “grazing table” look. What can I do?
A: Order ala carte from my menu and upgrade to my display rental for 35% your event total. This includes set-up, clean-up, delivery at your preferred time (within 5 miles), wooden display rental, greenery, tableware and serveware. Perfect for upscale events!

Q: When are new Take & Bakes posted?
A: Each Wednesday morning at 6AM. Sign up for my email updates or check Facebook to see what’s new!


Q: When are Take & Bakes available?
A: Each Tuesday afternoon unless otherwise noted (preorder only!)


Q: What payment options do you offer?

Q: Can I pickup my order?
A: Yes! I appreciate it. Let me know when ordering that you will pickup.


Q: When and where is pickup?
A: Each Tuesday 12:45-1PM at the corner of Route 47/Chapin Street. Look for the huge MORRIS letters — I’ll be in a blue Acadia so I’m easy to find.


Q: How do I get a Pickup Loyalty Card?
A: Just ask at your next pickup! Get a punch at each pickup and when your card is full, redeem for a free Take & Bake!


Q: I missed my pickup! What now?
A: All missed pickups will be sold as extras if they are not claimed.


Q: I can’t pickup between 12:45-1PM — can I pickup later?
A: Yes. Let me know when ordering that you will miss the regular pickup time and we can schedule to meet along my route (Tuesday’s until 3:30).


Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! Free delivery Tuesday’s 1-4PM within 5 miles of downtown Morris.


Q: I won’t be home for delivery — what now?
A: Prepay and drivers will leave your order safely on the porch. Prefer your order in a cooler or your garage fridge? Just let me know when ordering and I’ll add it to your delivery notes!
