NAN'S TAKE & BAKE DIRECTIONS:

Pimento Cheese Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Cheesy Pepperoni Tortellini:

Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until warm throughout. Carefully uncover and broil until pepperoni is crisp, if desired. Don't walk away! This happens fast.  Take & Bake is finished cooking once registering 165 degrees.

Grilled Chicken & Blueberry Balsamic Salad Meal Kit:
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from zip-top bag and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, discarding any remaining marinade, until registering 165° internally.
Oven option: Bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 15–20 minutes, or until registering 165°. Toss your salad with balsamic dressing and enjoy your chicken sliced on top of your salad. Enjoy!

Grilled Chicken & Chinese Salad Meal Kit:
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from zip-top bag and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, discarding any remaining marinade, until registering 165° internally.
Oven option: Bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 15–20 minutes, or until registering 165°. Toss salad ingredients together and enjoy!

Cajun Pasta:
Bake covered in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Carefully uncover, stir, and continue baking until hot throughout, registering at least 165 degrees. Enjoy!

Roasted Pork Loin:
Preheat oven to 425°. Place pork loin/bacon green beans uncovered on the lowest rack of your oven. Bake for 1 hour, stir green beans, and begin checking the internal temperature of the pork loin. If at any point your pork loin begins to brown too quickly, tent with foil and continue. Pork loin is finished cooking when registering 145° in the center.

Teriyaki Chicken Ramen Casserole with Stir Fry Veggies
Bake tightly sealed with foil lid in a preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Carefully uncover, mix from the bottom using tongs, and continue baking if needed. Take & Bake is finished cooking once registering 165 degrees.

Cheesy Mexican Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

French Onion Ham & Cheese Croissants:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the lid and continue warming until cheese is melted and croissants reach desired crispness.

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken filling is hot and garlic cheddar biscuits are golden brown.

Cilantro-Lime Grilled Chicken with Chips & Salsa:
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from zip-top bag and place directly on the grill, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, until registering 165° internally.
Oven option: Remove chicken from bag, place on a baking sheet (discarding marinade), and bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 15–20 minutes, or until registering 165°. Enjoy with chips and homemade salsa!

Slow Cooker Summer Chicken Chili:
Scrape contents of pan into your slow cooker (a liner makes cleanup easy!). Add 4 cups of water, mix to combine, cover, and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Enjoy with your favorite toppings—I love avocado, cilantro, and crushed tortilla chips.

Bruschetta Grilled Chicken:
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from zip-top bag and place directly on the grill, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill for 3–4 minutes per side, until registering 165° internally.
Oven option: Bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 15–20 minutes, or until registering 165°. Top with fresh bruschetta and enjoy!

Creamy Pineapple Jalapeño Chicken with Bacon:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Beefy Taquito Bake:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Carefully uncover and continue baking until registering at least 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes.

Cheesy Caesar Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 35 minutes, or until browned and crispy on top and chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Grilled Chicken & Spring Berry Salad Meal Kit:
Prepare chicken using grilling or oven method above, until registering 165° internally. Assemble salad and enjoy!

Crispy Pesto Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until cooked through and crisp on top. Broil for 1–2 minutes if needed. Chicken is fully cooked at 165°.

Roasted Pork Loin:
Bake uncovered on the lower rack of a preheated 425° oven for 1 hour. Pork loin is finished when registering 145° internally. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.

Mixed Berry French Toast Casserole:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Carefully uncover and continue baking until puffed and registering 165°.

Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Tortellini Alfredo with Chicken & Broccoli:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes. Stir and enjoy!

Crockpot Loaded Potato Soup:
Dump contents of pan into slow cooker, add 4½ cups of water, and mix to combine. Cook covered on low for 4–6 hours. Enjoy with The Maker & A Baker sourdough. Yum!

Breakfast Casserole:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Carefully uncover and continue baking until eggs are puffed, set, and registering 165°.

Crockpot Sausage Tortellini Soup:
Dump contents of pan into slow cooker, add 4 cups of water, and mix to combine. Cook covered on low for 2–4 hours. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!

Crockpot Ham & Potato Soup:
Dump contents of pan into slow cooker, add 4 cups of water, and mix to combine. Cook covered on low for 6–8 hours. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!

Garlic Herb Chicken & Cheese Tortellini:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 20–30 minutes, or until hot throughout.

Creamy Jalapeño Cherry Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Chicken Fajitas:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken registers 165°.
Grill option: Place pan on a hot grill and toss occasionally until chicken registers 165°.

Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Chicken and Garlicky Green Beans:
Bake spinach & artichoke chicken uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes. Add garlicky green beans (covered) to the oven and continue baking both for about 20 minutes more, or until chicken registers at least 165°. Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown mozzarella, if desired.

Creamy Fried Pickle Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Cheesy Pepperoni Rolls:
Bake covered in a preheated 325° oven for 5–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Steakhouse Chop Meal Kit:
Heat grill to medium-high. Remove chops from zip-top bag and grill for 4–5 minutes per side, discarding marinade, until registering 145° internally. Grill lemon asparagus in foil pan alongside chops for 5–10 minutes, tossing halfway. Enjoy with loaded potato salad!

Creamy Jalapeño Pineapple Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally.

Three-Cheese Stuffed Shells:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 60 minutes. Carefully uncover and continue baking until hot, bubbly, and registering at least 165°.

Crunchy Onion Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven on the middle rack for 20–25 minutes, or until topping is browned and crispy and chicken registers at least 165°.

Creamy Cajun Chicken & Sausage Pasta:
Bake covered in a preheated 375° oven for 40 minutes. Carefully uncover, stir, and continue baking until hot throughout and registering at least 165°.

Cheesy Chicken Taquito Bake:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Carefully uncover and continue baking until registering at least 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes.

Italian Sausage Ravioli Bake:
Bake covered in a preheated 375° oven for 1 hour. Carefully uncover and continue baking until registering at least 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes.

Sliders:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted, rolls reach desired crispness, and sliders register at least 165°.

Sausage, Onion, & Pepper Sub Kit:
Bake sausage, onions, and peppers uncovered in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Stir and continue baking until registering 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes. During the final minutes, place rolls directly on the oven rack to warm.

Creamy Cranberry Jalapeño Chicken:
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375° oven for 30–40 minutes, or until chicken registers at least 165° internally. Broil for 2–3 minutes to brown mozzarella, if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Carefully uncover, stir, and continue baking until registering 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes.

Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese:
Bake covered in a preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes. Carefully uncover, stir, and continue baking until registering 165°, usually an additional 10 minutes.

Pepperoni “Pizza” Pasta:
Bake tightly covered in a preheated 400° oven for 1 hour. Carefully uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp pepperoni, if desired.

Storage Note:
All Take & Bakes should food should be enjoyed within 2 days of pickup/delivery and promptly discarded or refrigerated properly. ​Safety of all food is relinquished to the client upon pickup/delivery. Prices and ingredients subject to change without notice.
